The apartment had a few issues like leaking water on the balcony due to the AC extractor's heat when others were inside, but it conveniently offered direct access to the swimming area. The location was a mix of positives with a lovely beach and a fairly large dirty lake causing disturbances. The service was quite satisfactory, especially at the reception desk. Dining featured fresh croissants, and the facilities were decent.
The apartment is located in a pleasant area, on the outskirts of Alcudia, and provides a modern en-suite bathroom with a balcony. The AC extractor could be loud on the upper floors, but having two bathrooms was convenient for larger groups or families. The value for money is decent, although some noise issues were experienced due to the extractor.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, with direct access to the swimming area and a lovely beach nearby, ideal for families. The rooms are modern, and the en-suite bathroom was a nice touch. However, the AC extractor on the balcony could get a bit noisy when others were inside the apartment. Service was excellent, from the reception desk to the cleaners, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
